01Who we are

02What we collect

  • What you send us in a request: mobile number, first name, company, type of business, products, destination, volume, and any details or files you add.
  • Your consent choice: that you agreed to be contacted about your request, with the date and the wording you saw.
  • Calculator figures you choose to send: if you request prices from the DDP calculator, the numbers on screen go with your request.
  • Basic usage events: for example that the calculator was opened or a link was copied, so we can improve the tools. We do not use advertising trackers.

Figures you type into the DDP calculator are saved only on your own device unless you send a request or share a link yourself.

03How we use it

  • To review your request and prepare FOB or CIF prices.
  • To contact you about that request by phone call, text message, WhatsApp or email.
  • To coordinate an order you approve, and keep the records that requires.

Messages about your request are not marketing. We will not send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

04Text messages

If you agree, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email sales@post.supply.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run post.supply (for example hosting, email and messaging), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and when the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

We keep request information while it is useful for quoting and serving you, and longer only where records are required for orders, taxes or the law. [founder to confirm retention period]

07Your choices
